We provide consulting services, including business analysis, project management, and IT support to medical practices and other businesses. Areas of expertise include practice management, eCW, Epic, business systems, and the information technology that support these systems.

Key projects include:

• Installation and management of CrowdStrike Endpoint Protection for a medical group with 30 PCs
• Worked with a local academic medical center to migrate four physicians from eClinicalWorks to Epic electronic medical records and billing.
• Create ad hoc Epic reports, including lists of patients who are at high risk for contracting Covid 19.
• Developed and implemented a technical infrastructure to support four concierge physicians, including network and hardware components for four separate eClinicalWorks databases. Provide ongoing support, including EMR optimization and technical support.
• Helped two concierge physician groups acquire new phone systems. The projects included requirements, vendor quotes, demos, recommendations, vendor selection, implementation, and support.
• Updated a sports chiropractic practice network, saving them nearly $10,000 in annual support costs.
• Designed and installed wireless network for a 4-story, 4,000 square foot home using a site-survey tool. Network includes business-class Ubiquiti firewall, switch and 5 wireless access points managed by controller software.
